The spells, the monsters and the treasure, as flashcards. 927 cards across three tiers — 341 spells, 329 creatures, 257 magic items — each carrying its own level, challenge rating or rarity, with a boss fight at every gate. Bilingual English and German. 5E compatible, 2024 ruleset.
Fibonacci spaced repetition and boss fights. The 2024 ruleset.
Part II is the other half of a game master's memory. Where The Guide holds the rules you adjudicate with, Part II holds what you populate a world with: the spell list, the creature roster and the treasure table, learned rather than looked up.
Three tiers, each of them a book. Grimoire — 341 spells, cantrips through level 9, clustered by level and by what they do. Bestiary — 329 creatures, clustered by habitat and kind, dragons by colour and age. Treasury — 257 magic items, by category and rarity.
Each card carries its numbers as well as its meaning: a spell's level, school, range and concentration; a creature's type, size, challenge rating and armour class; an item's rarity, category and attunement. Run a caster of any level without opening the spell chapter, pick a monster by challenge rating and know what it does before it acts, hand out treasure knowing what each piece is.
Study it in English or German — the pack is fully bilingual. Every card's name, definition and notes, and all 50 reference lessons, are written in both.
5E compatible — the 2024 ruleset. Built from the System Reference Document 5.2. These are the 2024 rules, not the 2014 ones. Conditions, spells, species and stat blocks were revised between the two, so if you run a 2014 game these cards will drill you on the wrong numbers. Check which edition your table uses before you buy.
