Three tools, one project folder

Kiosune Studio is a no-code visual-novel maker with its own pixel editor. Write the script like a screenplay, place characters on the stage, draw sprites and backgrounds in the built-in editor, theme the text box and play it back from any node. Branching, variables, timed choices, colour grades, stage effects, parallax backgrounds, save codes and an ending gallery are all in the editor, with seventeen hands-on tutorials that complete when you actually do the step.

Kiosune Character Creator draws anime-style pixel characters in the 90s ADV look: thirty-four archetypes, twenty-four expressions, hair, outfits, accessories and colour harmonies at the Studio's 60×120 sprite size. Design a cast in minutes and send it straight into your project.

Kiosune Audio writes the score. Pick the scene you are writing — a title screen, everyday life, a confession, a bad ending — and it composes a looping cue for it with built-in synths, loop points inside the file, stems and a loudness target. Eighty scenes across ten categories, all yours to ship.

Export anywhere

One click builds a web (HTML5) game you can host anywhere. With the Commercial Licence the same click builds standalone games for Windows, Linux or macOS and store-ready zips with SteamPipe depot scripts and an upload script. Games run with nothing installed and no internet connection.

Two tiers, no lock-in

KiosuneVN is the editor: all three tools, one project folder, and web (HTML5) exports that carry a two-second "Made with Kiosune" card, for personal and non-commercial use. The Commercial Licence (sold separately as DLC) turns on standalone Windows, Linux and macOS builds and the store-ready packages, removes the card, and grants royalty-free commercial rights to everything you make. Perpetual, no activation server, nothing that phones home, nothing that ever locks you out of your own project. The free browser versions of the tools stay free for non-commercial use.

No generative AI inside

Nothing KiosuneVN draws, composes or exports comes out of an AI model. The pixel characters, the music and the stage are produced by hand-built, deterministic engines that you steer; the app makes no calls to any AI service; and nothing you make is collected, trained on or sent anywhere.
